Registrations fees

The registrations are done in 2 stages: a pre-isncritption phase then a payment phase.

Note: The number of places for each tutorial is limited to 25 places. Thus, the tutorial registration is limited to the available places at the moment of your school registration.

Registration as a Student requires a written letter on university letter head, with the statement that the registered person is a fulltime student at the time of the school, to be signed by the university professor who is acting as the student's advisor.

Registration policy:

• A separate registration must be made for each participant.
• The registration to tutorials must be confirmed by the organization committed before payment and the registration will be valid when the payment is received.
• Certificate of attendance and payment will be issued during the meeting.

Cancellation policy:

Conference registration can be cancelled by sending an e-mail to https://microandbig.sciencesconf.org/  @contact

No refund will be considered unless force majeure justified.
